Please read and accept all of my conditions before commission me. If you have any questions feel free to ask me on twitter or discord.

If you violate my rules, it will result in the revocation of your rights to the work.
I’ll also decline to work with you in the future and add you to a blacklist without prior notice.

-All of commissions about V-tuber, give away, Novel and E-book are commercial use.
-Clients can reproduce in any goods without asking me.

Cancellation and Refund

  • Refunds are allowed when I need to cancel the commissions by myself. The refunds will be paid back to clients as full payment.

  • Notification 20 days before start the work, refunds with fee deducted are accepted. Moreover, I reserve the rights to not return the deposit. In this case I will not be working with you for 6 months.

  • Refunds are not allowed after start of work in all cases.

  • I always send updates to clients. So, disliking the commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund.

  • Clients have to give me feed back within 1-5 days per 1 update. If it exceeds the specified period your queue will be skipped and there is no return of the deposit.

  • Full payment is required 14 days after the work done. Otherwise, you will not receive the work and be blacklisted.

Editing Request

  • Clients get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned price included in the price. More than that you need to pay 30% of all price per one time. Except for character details mistake.

Payment and Reservation

  • Need to pay 50% for make a reservation and before start of work in all case

  • Full payment before send the finish work.

  • For advance reservation need to pay 15USD for deposit and without briefing.

  • Payment is required 2 days after commissions is reviewed and accepted. No reservation without deposit.

  • Charge for rush commission +50% of the total cost.

  • Payment through Thai banking, Arbum, Vgen and Paypal.

Deadlines and Delivery

  • It will take around 1-4 weeks when it’s come to your queue depending on my schedule.

  • When make reservation I’ll set a date to start and finish the commission on google sheet. Then send it to clients for check their status for real time.

  • I’m working 1 pm – 9 pm (GMT+7) every day and rest every 1st - 5th of every month.

  • Files can be send google drive, e-mail, Vgen and Arbum

การอนุญาตใช้ผลงาน

การฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงจะทำให้ท่านถูกเพิกถอนสิทธิในผลงาน และไม่สามารถว่าจ้างนักวาดต่อได้ในอนาคต โดยทางนักวาดไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งผลกระทบนี้ล่วงหน้า

-คอมมิชชันทุกประเภทที่เกี่ยวกับ V-tuber, give away, Novel book และ E-book นับเป็นคอมมิชชันเพื่อการพาณิชย์
-ลูกค้าสามารถผลิตซ้ำผลงานในรูปแบบสินค้าได้ โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตนักวาด

การยกเลิกและคืนเงิน

  • การคืนเงินสามารถทำได้เมื่อนักวาดต้องการยกเลิกคอมมิชชันด้วยตัวเอง โดยลูกค้าจะได้เงินคืนเต็มจำนวน

  • แจ้งยกเลิกคิวล่วงหน้า 20 วัน สามารถรับมัดจำคืนโดยหักค่าธรรมเนียมตามจริง (ถ้ามี) นอกเหนือจากเวลาดังกล่าวจะไม่มีการคืนมัดจำ ในกรณีนี้นักวาดจะไม่ร่วมงานกับลูกค้าไปอีก 6 เดือน

  • ไม่มีการคืนมัดจำเมื่อเริ่มงานไปแล้วทุกกรณี

  • นักวาดส่งความคืบหน้าเสมอ ดังนั้นความไม่พึงพอใจหรือต้องการเปลี่ยนบรีฟจะไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน

  • ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องให้ความคิดเห็นกลับมาใน 5 วัน เมื่อมีการส่งความคืบหน้า 1 ครั้ง หากเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คิวของท่านจะถูกข้าม และไม่มีการคืนมัดจำ

  • ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนหลังความคืบหน้าครั้งสุดท้ายภายใน 14 วัน ไม่เช่นนั้นคุณจะไม่ได้รับผลงานและถูก blacklist

การแก้ไขผลงาน

  • ลูกค้ามีโอกาส 3 ครั้งที่สามารถแก้ไขผลงานโดยปราศจากค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม มากกว่าจำนวนครั้งที่ระบุ จำเป็นต้องจ่ายเพิ่มครั้งละ 30% ของราคาเต็ม ยกเว้นว่านักวาดวาดรายละเอียดตัวละครผิดพลาด

การชำระเงินและจองคิว

  • จำเป็นต้องชำระ 50% เพื่อจองคิว และก่อนเริ่มงานทุกครั้ง

  • ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเพื่อรับผลงานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์

  • สำหรับการจองคิวล่วงหน้าโดยไม่มีบรีฟ สามารถจ่าย 500 บาท เพื่อจองคิวได้

  • การชำระมัดจำต้องเสร็จสิ้นหลังตกลงว่าจ้าง 2 วัน

  • สำหรับงานเร่ง +50% ของราคาเต็ม

  • สามารถชำระเงินผ่านธนาคารไทย, Arbum, Vgen และ Paypal

กำหนดส่งงาน

  • ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 1-4 สัปดาห์ เมื่อถึงคิวของคุณ หรือขึ้นอยู่กับตารางของนักวาด

  • เมื่อการจองสำเร็จแล้ว จะได้รับกำหนดการณ์โดยคร่าวสำหรับการทำงาน

  • นักวาดทำงาน 13.00 - 21.00 น. ของทุกวัน และพักในวันที่ 1-5 ของทุกเดือน
